group classes
Be motivated and energised during a one hour full body workout within a small group under the instruction of a Personal Trainer. The classes are all designed (and most are lead) by David Snively, and every session is totally diverse making each class even more enjoyable, demanding and rewarding. Each session has an ever changing mix of cardiovascular and resistance training that caters for every fitness level. Our class sizes are limited, allowing for greater encouragement and support to each participant. Class types include:
